What does this really mean? What is special in this printing technique? What are its strengths and weaknesses? We asked an experienced printer - Mr. Artur Pupek from the Top Druk printing house.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. How is offset print created?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offset printing is created by transferring a drawing placed on a printing matrix by an intermediate cylinder covered with a rubber jacket to a sheet or ribbon of paper pressed to the intermediate cylinder by a pressure cylinder called a printing cylinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalnym j\u0119zykiem pisz\u0105c oznacza to w praktyce, \u017ce&nbsp;u\u0142o\u017cenie farby na matrycy okre\u015bla w jaki spos\u00f3b zostanie ona u\u0142o\u017cona na cylindrze po\u015brednim, a w konsekwencji \u2013&nbsp;na arkuszu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Na jakich powierzchniach oraz w jakim nak\u0142adzie&nbsp; drukuje sie offsetowo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, you can print almost any flat surface, including coated and uncoated paper, cardboard, foil, cartons or PVC boards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offset printing can be done from just one piece, but the cost of such work is relatively high. How is the matrix prepared?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the pre-prepared matrix, pre-sensitized, i.e. coated with a photosensitive layer, the image is processed through a setter's diode system, processed by the RIP program, then the exposed matrix is developed. During this process, the photosensitive layer on the matrix is dissolved and only the areas exposed by the platesetter remain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Advantages and disadvantages of offset printing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&nbsp;Economical<strong>&nbsp;print<\/strong>&nbsp;for medium and large volumes.<\/li><li><strong>A wide range of printable papers<\/strong>&nbsp;in the range of weights and types.<\/li><li>&nbsp;<strong>\u00a0 Very high quality<\/strong>&nbsp;in terms of colors and page matching.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>DISADVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Uneconomical printing for small quantity.<\/li><li>Longer time of processing order .<\/li><li>No personalization of prints..<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To sum up, if the order that we want to print will be reproduced in hundreds or thousands of copies and the order does not have to be executed urgently, it will be better to choose offset printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nRegardless of the type of order at our online shop&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/topdruk24.pl\/\">Topdruk24.pl&nbsp;<\/a>&nbsp;the orders fullfilment  takes place as soon as possible without undue delay.
